Crash Replacement Policy

Trauma Void will gladly replace any helmet involved in a horseback riding accident. Trauma Void’s program is as follows:

  • 50% off Manufacture’s list price during 1st year of ownership
  • 25% off Manufacture’s list price during the 2nd year of ownership

In order to be eligible for a replacement, the purchaser must complete our Accident Report Form. The original helmet that was involved in the accident must then be returned to the place of purchase, along with a copy of the completed Accident Report Form and copy of proof of purchase. Your helmet must be registered within 30 days of purchase in order to be covered under the Crash Replacement Policy.

Trauma Void does not recommend riding in a helmet that has been involved in an accident.

Only one accident replacement per new helmet purchased is allowed. No accident replacements will be allowed for a helmet that was received as an accident replacement.

The Replacement Policy for the EQ3 helmet applies ONLY to a helmet involved in a horseback riding accident. Any helmets that are customized with monogramming or “bling” will void the crash replacement policy. Along with the accident report, the purchaser must provide their original receipt or invoice from their helmet purchase as well as a detailed description of the accident. Trauma Void will not provide pre-paid return shipping labels for helmets and replacement helmet shipment will require signature from purchaser upon receipt of package.
