Shipping & Returns
Customers who purchased their helmet from Trauma Void, LLC may return a helmet for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase must be provided, and the helmet must appear in new condition or in the same condition in which it was received, with hang tags attached and intact. Upon return, a helmet will be inspected, and any refund or exchange will be handled on a case by case basis. Trauma Void retains the right to refuse any helmet which appears worn, scratched, or damaged.
Helmets purchased through one of our authorized retailers are eligible to be exchanged through Trauma Void. Proof of purchase is required.
Helmets that have been involved in an accident should not be worn. For helmets that have been involved in riding accidents, please visit our Crash Replacement Policy.
To return your helmet for a refund, exchange, or replacement please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call toll free at 844-309-1888 for a return authorization code. All returns received without a prior return authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
