Crash Replacement Program

Trauma Void will gladly replace any helmet involved in a horseback riding accident. Trauma Void’s program is as follows:

  • 50% off Manufacture’s Retail price during year 1 of ownership
  • 25% off Manufacture’s Retail price during the years 2 & 3 of ownership

In order to be eligible for a replacement, the purchaser must complete Trauma Void’s Accident Report Form. Trauma Void’s Customer Service Team will then reach out to the customer listed on the Accident Report Form and issue a Return Authorization Code.

The original helmet that was involved in the accident must then be returned to Trauma Void, LLC along with a copy of the completed Accident Report Form and copy of proof of purchase.

Once the crashed helmet is received, a phone call will be placed to the contact for payment information regarding their replacement. A new helmet will be issued once payment has been submitted.

The helmet must be registered within 30 days of purchase in order to be covered under the Crash Replacement Policy. Trauma Void does not recommend riding in a helmet that has been involved in an accident. Only one accident replacement per new helmet purchased is allowed. No accident replacements will be allowed for a helmet that was received as an accident replacement. The Replacement Policy for Trauma Void helmets applies ONLY to a helmet involved in a horseback riding accident. Any helmets that are customized with monogramming or “bling” will void the crash replacement policy. Along with the accident report, the purchaser must provide their original receipt or invoice from their helmet purchase.

 Trauma Void will not provide pre-paid return shipping labels for helmets involved in an accident.
